About Palmari

Palmari is an upcoming proprietary trading (Prop Trading) firm focused on providing traders with opportunities to demonstrate their trading skills through structured trading programmes.

We are looking for an experienced India Affiliate & Partner Manager to build and manage our affiliate and strategic partnership network in the Indian market.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, activating, and managing high-quality affiliates, trading influencers, financial content creators, and trading communities across India.

The primary objective is to establish a solid partner network that drives genuine customer acquisition, measurable revenue, and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute Palmari's affiliate and partnership acquisition strategy for India.
- Identify and onboard Forex influencers, trading educators, financial content creators, affiliates, and trading communities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential commercial partners.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, commission structures, and performance-based incentives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and strategic partners.
- Monitor affiliate performance, conversions, revenue, and customer acquisition costs.
- Manage referral tracking, attribution, and affiliate reporting.
- Coordinate with the Dubai-based management and marketing teams.
- Ensure partners follow Palmari's brand guidelines and approved marketing policies.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and monthly management updates.

Requirements





- Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or influencer management.
- Strong understanding of the Forex, CFD, cryptocurrency, brokerage, or proprietary trading industry.
- Established network of trading influencers, affiliates, traders, or financial communities in India.
- Proven experience in affiliate acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Understanding of CPA, CPL, and revenue-sharing commission models.
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, CRM systems, referral codes, and performance analytics.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional fluency in English; Hindi/Hinglish is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and coordinate with an international team.

Performance Expectations

The selected candidate will be expected to:

- Develop a pipeline of at least 30 potential partners.
- Qualify and negotiate with prospective affiliates.
- Prepare and activate an initial pilot network of up to three partners.
- Monitor partner performance and customer quality.
- Expand the network based on measurable results and agreed KPIs.

Compensation

Competitive fixed monthly salary based on experience and market standards, along with a performance-based incentive linked to collected net revenue and customer quality.
