Role Overview:

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions.
- Source candidates through a variety of channels including job portals, social media, linked in and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting

reference checks, and extending job offers.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment processes.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to HR

management.

Employee Relations and Culture Building:





- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects the company’s

values and culture.

- Address employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.

Compliance and Legal Matters:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and update company policies and

procedures accordingly.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree BBA/ BMS, or a related field.
- Proven experience for 4 years to 6 years as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
