About the Role
We are looking for a reliable maintenance person to keep our hotel’s rooms, public areas, and equipment in valuable working condition so guests have a comfortable stay.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out daily checks and routine maintenance of guest rooms and common areas
- Repair and maintain electrical fittings, switches, lights, fans, and geysers
- Fix plumbing issues such as leakages, taps, flush tanks, and blocked drains
- Maintain and service AC units, water pumps, and other hotel equipment
- Handle minor carpentry and painting work, such as doors, locks, furniture, and wall touch-ups
- Respond quickly to guest and housekeeping complaints
- Support the generator, water tank, and power backup systems
- Keep a record of repairs done and tools and spare parts used
- Follow safety rules and report major faults to the supervisor

Requirements





- 1 to 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- ITI or diploma in Electrical, Plumbing, or a related trade preferred (not mandatory for experienced candidates)
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and AC maintenance
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency calls
- Good behaviour with guests and staff
- Basic Hindi communication skills
