About Position

We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in Pune, India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Core HR, Payroll North America, and Benefits Administration modules. This role is critical in ensuring the effective design, configuration, and support of our HR and Payroll systems.

What You'll Do

- Serve as the functional SME for Core HR, Payroll North America, and Benefits Administration modules.




- Design system enhancements and develop detailed functional specifications for technical developers.
- Perform configuration, testing, and deployment of system enhancements to ensure optimal functionality.
- Support PUM upgrades, patches, and conduct thorough regression testing to maintain system integrity.
- Provide production support and resolve issues promptly to minimize disruption in HR and Payroll processes.
- Offer off-hours support as needed for critical HR/Payroll processing issues to ensure continuity of operations.

Mandatory Skills

- Proven experience with PeopleSoft, specifically in Core HR, Payroll North America, and Benefits Administration modules.
- Strong understanding of system configuration, testing methodologies, and deployment processes.
- Ability to develop functional specifications and communicate effectively with technical teams.
- Experience in supporting PUM upgrades and conducting regression testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide timely production support.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with additional HR modules or related systems.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
