Role: Operations Manager – Banquet

Experience: 4–7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee daily banquet operations and event activities.
- Plan and coordinate weddings, corporate events, parties, and other functions.
- Supervise banquet staff, including captains, stewards, and housekeeping teams.
- Manage event setup, seating arrangements, decorations, and service requirements.
- Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and preferences.
- Ensure timely food service and maintain quality and presentation standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen, catering, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Manage staff scheduling, duty allocation, and training.
- Monitor inventory, banquet equipment, and event supplies.
- Handle client feedback, complaints, and last-minute event requirements.
- Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Monitor operational expenses and control wastage.




- Ensure smooth execution of events within the agreed budget and timeline.
- Prepare event reports and maintain operational records.

Required Skills:

- Experience in banquet or hotel operations management.
- Strong knowledge of banquet service and event management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Staff scheduling and vendor coordination skills.
- Budgeting, inventory, and cost-control knowledge.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple events and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
