Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager to oversee projects from planning and execution to final completion. The candidate will be responsible for project coordination, resource allocation, timeline management, team supervision and ensuring that projects are completed within approved budgets and quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, leadership and communication skills, along with the ability to coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute and monitor projects from initiation to completion.

- Develop project schedules, timelines and execution plans.

- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, contractors and vendors.

- Manage project resources, manpower and budgets.

- Monitor daily project activities and overall progress.

- Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines.

- Identify project risks, delays and operational challenges.

- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve project-related issues.

- Conduct regular project reviews and progress meetings.

- Monitor quality standards and ensure proper execution.

- Maintain project documentation, reports and records.

- Provide regular progress updates to management.

- Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders.

- Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance.





- Ensure timely project handover and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Relevant experience in project management.

- Strong knowledge of project planning and execution.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Valuable leadership and team-management abilities.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.

- Knowledge of project documentation and reporting.

- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of project management tools.

Education:

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration or a related field preferred.

- Relevant practical project management experience will also be considered.

Experience:

Relevant experience in project management, preferably in construction, interiors, furniture or related industries.

Preferred Candidate Profile-

The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive and capable of independently managing project activities, coordinating multiple teams and ensuring smooth project execution while maintaining quality, budget and timelines.
