Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Inside Sales Executive to manage potential customer interactions, develop sales opportunities and drive business growth through phone-based sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential customers through outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and explain services.
- Qualify leads and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Convert prospective leads into paying customers.
- Follow up with interested clients.
- Maintain customer databases and sales records.
- Achieve assigned business targets.

Requirements

- Any degree / MBA.




- Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage sales pipelines independently.
