We are hiring for Import Customer Service Executive - Customs Clearance

Location: Mumbai

Salary: Upto 3 Lakhs per annum

# Valuable English communication and writing skills are mandatory.

# Check import shipment pre-alerts and follow up with overseas agents.

# Prepare and send Cargo Arrival Notices (CAN) to customers.

# Prepare freight quotations and share them with customers.

# Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotations and competitive rates.

# Contact customers for service feedback, customer satisfaction, and business development opportunities.

# Verify and coordinate corrections to invoices received from co-loaders, airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents.

# Handle import manifest filing and coordinate with shipping lines and airlines.

# Prepare Daily Status Reports (DSR)



and other operational reports.

# Arrange and issue Delivery Orders (DO) from airlines and shipping lines.

# Coordinate with relevant parties for shipment clearance and delivery.

# Knowledge of preparing shipping line bonds for CFS movement will be an added advantage.

# Perform additional operational and customer service activities as assigned by management.

# Experienced in Bill of entry, HSN Code, Checklist Preparations.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
