- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding and manpower planning.
- Handle performance management, employee engagement and retention.
- Develop HR policies, procedures and organizational structures.
- Manage compensation, benefits, payroll and HR administration.
- Ensure statutory compliance and labour law adherence.
- Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Monitor manpower costs, HR budgets and productivity.
- Provide strategic HR support and guidance to senior management
- Good Experience in hotel, travel arrangements & booking , vehicles and corporate events.
- Stay up to date with labour laws and HR best practices.
