Techvy Solutions is expanding its US IT Staffing team! We are looking for experienced, self-driven professionals who can work independently, take ownership, and deliver results.

? Open Positions:

1.Business Development Manager (BDM) – US IT Staffing

Experience: 5+ Years

- Develop new business opportunities with US direct clients, implementation partners, and prime vendors.
- Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships.
- Generate new staffing requirements and drive business growth.
- Negotiate rates, coordinate with recruitment teams, and ensure successful placements.
- Independently manage the complete business development cycle.

Must Have: Proven experience in US IT staffing business development, robust vendor/client connections, and the ability to generate requirements independently. 2.Senior US IT Technical Recruiter

Experience: 5+ Years

- Independently manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT staffing requirements.
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates across various IT technologies.
- Handle W2 and C2C requirements.




- Work closely with account managers, clients, and vendors to ensure timely closures.
- Manage candidate pipelines, interview coordination, rate negotiations, and onboarding.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.

Must Have: Strong technical sourcing skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record of independently closing US IT requirements.
