Urgent Hiring Chat Support Executive - Travel Process
Salary: ₹32,000 CTC / month
Schedule & Perks: 5 Days Working | 2 Days Off | Both-side Cabs Provided
Key Requirements:
Experience: Min. 6 months in Travel Chat process
Communication: C1 Level (Advanced written & verbal)
Key Responsibilities:
- Process travel bookings, modifications, cancellations, and refunds via backend systems.
- Resolve travel inquiries and coordinate with vendors, airlines, and clients.
- Maintain high accuracy and meet daily SLA targets.
