Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end IT recruitment, covering both in-house hiring and RPO/client-based recruitment.

Key Requirements:

- 6-10 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in internal hiring as well as external client/RPO recruitment.
- Strong sourcing expertise across Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, Databricks, Cloud, DevOps and other IT technologies.
- Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search.
- Experience managing client stakeholders, recruitment SLAs and end-to-end hiring closures.
- Solid candidate engagement, negotiation and coordination skills.
- Team mentoring or leadership experience would be an added advantage.
