Key Responsibilities

- Lead structural substantiation activities for metallic and composite aircraft structures.

- Perform and review static strength, fatigue & damage tolerance (F&DT;), repair, and certification analyses.

- Provide technical guidance on fuselage, wing, empennage, nacelle, and flight control structures.

- Ensure compliance with FAA/EASA certification requirements, MMPDS, HSB, Bruhn, and Niu methodologies.

- Lead FEM-based structural assessments using tools such as Nastran, Patran, HyperMesh, Abaqus, and ANSYS.

- Support customer engagements, technical proposals, project estimations, and design reviews.

- Mentor engineering teams and drive capability development, best practices, and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.

- 15+ years of hands-on experience in Aerostructures/Stress Analysis.

Preferred Skills
