ROLE PURPOSE The Senior Technical Consultant - Advanced Workload is responsible for delivering advanced or complex customer solutions for the professional services organization. This person is part of a team of technical experts responsible for the technical viability of a customer solution, with deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Generative AI, and experience delivering advanced workloads such as

Copilot and AI solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver complex customer solutions with solid hands-on experience across Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
- Apply deep technical expertise in Power Platform and Generative AI to design and build customer solutions.
- Design and deliver advanced workloads, including Copilot and AI solutions, using Copilot Studio and Copilot Foundry.
- Build and extend Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service solutions using PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls and

Azure Function Apps.

- Provide technical leadership,



guide delivery teams, and intervene effectively when adjustments are necessary.
- Ensure technical standards and best practices are followed across delivery.
- Work with customers, functional consultants, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and support solution deployment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant hands-on experience in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Generative AI solution delivery.
