Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Surveyor role based in the Greater Kolkata Area.

The Senior

Surveyor will lead and execute land and route surveys for road and highway projects, including topographical surveys, alignment checks, and boundary verification. The role involves planning survey activities, supervising field teams, collecting and validating data, and ensuring accurate measurement using appropriate instruments and technology.

Surveyor will prepare survey reports, drawings, and documentation, coordinate with engineering and project management teams, and support construction and maintenance activities with reliable survey inputs. The position requires adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements,



and quality protocols while meeting project timelines.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in land and topographical surveying for roads and highways, including route alignment and boundary surveys.
- Proficiency with modern survey instruments and software (e.g., total stations, GPS/GNSS, digital levels, CAD or GIS tools).
- Strong skills in survey data collection, validation, interpretation, and preparation of accurate drawings and reports.
- Experience supervising field survey teams, managing work schedules, and coordinating with engineering and construction stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of relevant local regulations, standards, and guidelines related to road and infrastructure projects.
- Ability to work on-site in varying field conditions, maintain high safety standards, and follow company policies and procedures.
- Effective communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Diploma or degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline; professional certifications in surveying are an advantage.
- Prior experience in large-scale road or highway projects is highly beneficial; experience within infrastructure investment or asset management environments is a plus.
