Role Description : -

- The Senior Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across the Ingot and Foundry divisions, including melting, alloy preparation, composition control, pouring and related production activities. The role involves supervising shop-floor teams, monitoring production processes, ensuring production schedules are met, and maintaining required quality and safety standards.
- The supervisor will also coordinate with quality, maintenance and planning teams, troubleshoot operational issues, maintain production records, guide junior staff, and drive continuous improvement across both divisions.

Qualifications : -

- 12-15 years of relevant experience in smelting, foundry for Non- Ferrous alloys
- Strong technical knowledge of copper-based alloys ingots & valve castings
- Hands-on experience in melting, alloy preparation & Development, composition control and pouring operations.
- Degree/Diploma in Metallurgy or an equivalent relevant technical qualification.




- Experience in overseeing both ingot manufacturing and foundry operations.
- Strong shop-floor supervision and team-management skills.
- Ability to guide, train and mentor junior employees.
- Basic computer knowledge for production reporting and documentation.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to maintain workplace discipline, safety standards and a healthy working setting.
