Senior Structural Engineer

We're seeking an enthusiastic Senior Structural Engineer to join our expanding team in Mumbai. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to make a significant impact on some of the most exciting projects in India and beyond.

Your Next Role

- Lead the structural design of projects from the conceptual phase through design completion, ensuring project needs and requirements are met.
- Be responsible for the analysis and design of various superstructures and foundations, including steel and concrete buildings.
- Work independently and as part of a team, offering creative solutions while keeping project timelines and budgets in mind.
- Produce calculations, models, reports, and presentations to an excellent standard, on time and within budget.
- Share your work for review by senior colleagues and review the work of others for quality assurance.
- Present designs at internal workshops and chair external client meetings when required.
- Lead teams by making timely decisions and taking corrective action while creating an environment that promotes excellent work.
- Collaborate with external clients and engage with internal multidisciplinary design teams.
- Keep senior colleagues informed of design decisions to ensure project and client objectives are achieved.
- Mentor and assist graduates and less experienced engineers while maintaining your own professional development.
- Work closely with technicians on CAD and Revit drawings.

Your Skills and Experience

- Master's degree in Structural Engineering (mandatory).
- 6–10 years of relevant experience, predominantly working on projects based in India.
- Extensive experience in building structures design, with a strong preference for high-rise projects.
- Proven experience leading structural engineering activities on large-scale or major projects.




- Hands-on experience in the analysis and design of RCC and structural steel structures using STAAD, ETABS, SAP, SAFE, and ROBOT.
- Working knowledge of Revit and/or AutoCAD.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
