Job location : Pune

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, development, and execution of test strategies and test cases.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality software releases.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.

- Identify, record, and track bugs thoroughly and ensure resolution.

- Mentor junior QA engineers and help establish QA best practices.

- Contribute to the continual improvement of our QA processes.

- Analyze test results, root causes of issues, and suggest process improvements.

- Actively participate in design and specification reviews and provide a QA perspective.

- Advocate for the end-user experience across products.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.





- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.

- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Solid Experience in API Automation Testings Like Rest assured/Karate/Playright , API Concepts.

- Should have experience working in the financial domain like banking etc.

- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.

- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).

- Proficient in at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., .NET, Java, JavaScript).

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
