We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core, C#, AWS CloudFormation, Jenkins, and AWS Cloud Services.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in .NET application reliability, AWS infrastructure management, CI/CD pipeline development, production support, and incident management.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Candidates must possess hands-on experience in ALL the following areas:

1. .NET Core & C#: Strong practical experience in developing, supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining .NET Core applications using C#.
2. AWS CloudFormation: Hands-on experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), creating, managing, and deploying AWS infrastructure using CloudFormation.
3. Jenkins Pipelines & SDK: Practical experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Jenkins pipelines, along with working knowledge of SDK integrations.
4. AWS Cloud Services: Strong hands-on experience in AWS services, cloud infrastructure management, and operational support.

Key: .NET Core and C# experience is strictly mandatory. Candidates without practical hands-on experience in both technologies will not be considered.



Candidates must also demonstrate hands-on experience in AWS CloudFormation, Jenkins pipelines/SDK, and AWS services.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support .NET Core / C# applications running on AWS.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance, availability, and reliability.
- Design, manage, and maintain AWS infrastructure using CloudFormation.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Work with AWS services, including EC2, ECS, Lambda, and RDS (SQL Server).
- Implement monitoring and observability using Amazon CloudWatch and AWS X-Ray.
- Handle production incidents, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement reliability improvements.
- Work with SLI/SLO metrics to maintain application availability and service reliability.
- Automate operational tasks and infrastructure management processes.
- Ensure AWS networking, access management, and security best practices.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve application stability and deployment processes.
