Senior Sales Manager - HORECA Grocery Sales

Location: Hyderabad / Vijayawada

Exp: 6-10 Years | Salary: ₹45,000 - ₹60,000 + Incentives +

Role:

Lead and grow institutional grocery sales for KX products to Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Cloud Kitchens, Caterers & Canteens in AP & Telangana.

Responsibilities:

- Lead team of Territory Managers / Sales Executives and achieve monthly targets
- Onboard large HORECA accounts - Hotels, Restaurant Chains, Caterers
- Sell grocery range - Oils, Spices, Rice, Dal, Flours, Sauces, Marinades, Gravies, Frozen & Ready-to-cook items
- Negotiate bulk pricing, credit terms, schemes with Purchase Heads & Owners
- Build strong relations with Chefs, F&B; Managers, Purchase Managers
- Appoint & manage Distributors / Stockists for HORECA supply
- Ensure order booking, timely delivery,



collections & zero overdue
- Track competitors, pricing & new products. Daily / Weekly reporting

Requirements:

- 6-10 yrs in Grocery / Food Sales to Hotels & Restaurants - Must
- Experience in FMCG Food, Staples, Spices, Oils, Sauces, Institutional Sales preferred
- Strong network with Chefs, Purchase Heads, Restaurant Owners in Hyderabad
- Team handling experience - 3-5 members
- Solid negotiation, Telugu + Hindi + English
- Two-Wheeler + License
