Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling prospective customers, conducting property visits, and converting leads into successful bookings while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, digital leads, referrals, and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties.
- Conduct site visits and provide detailed project and property presentations.
- Handle customer queries regarding pricing, payment plans, specifications, amenities, and possession timelines.
- Negotiate with customers and support the sales closure process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers until booking.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the CRM, Customer Delight, Collections, and Project teams for a smooth customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Track competitor projects, pricing, offers, and market trends.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Participate in property exhibitions,



promotional activities, customer events, and marketing campaigns.
- Support junior sales executives in handling customer queries and sales activities.

Requirements
- Any Bachelor's degree; MBA in Marketing/Sales is an added advantage.
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential projects.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Ability to handle site visits and customer meetings confidently.
- Target-oriented with strong closing and follow-up skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic MS Office.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.

Compensation Salary: Competitive, based on experience and performance.
