Role
Lead site safety, audits, risk assessments, permit-to-work, and compliance with Indian safety laws (Factories Act, BOCW, OSH Code).
Responsibilities
- Implement HSE policies and conduct audits and HIRA/JSA
- Manage permit-to-work and LOTO
- Investigate incidents and close corrective actions
- Train employees and contractors; run fire drills
- Handle statutory records and inspections
- Prepare safety MIS for management
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a recognized safety qualification, or
- PG Diploma in Industrial Safety / HSE
Preferred
NEBOSH / IOSH or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor; Hindi and English, Odia an advantage.
