Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare quantity take-off and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for civil construction works.
- Analyze construction drawings and specifications.
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Measure and verify quantities of completed site work.
- Prepare RA Bills (Running Account Bills) and final bills.
- Monitor project costs and maintain budget records.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare material quantity calculations for concrete, steel, masonry, plastering, etc.
- Verify contractor bills and subcontractor payments.
- Prepare rate analysis for various civil works.
- Maintain daily quantity reports and measurement books (MB).
- Assist in tender preparation and contract documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
