Responsibility:

1. Quality Assurance: Responsible to ensure that footwear products meet established quality standards and guidelines.

- Problem Resolution: Provide effective solutions for any mistakes occurring in the production line.

1. Production Oversight: Follow up with the production team, implementing corrective measures to ensure high-quality output and proactively communicate potential delivery issues to management.
2. Risk Anticipation: Anticipate potential challenges and promptly communicate them to Team Leader and Management for proactive resolution.
3. Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility by working extended hours and being available at different locations as needed.
4. Reporting: Review and submit required reports in a timely manner.
5. SOP Adherence: Supervise tasks according to Standing Operating Procedures.
6. Confidentiality: Maintain Confidentiality about the business Operations.

Experience/Skills Required:



· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in quality management and relevant field.

· Minimum 04 to 07 years of experience, preferably from footwear Industry

- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- To be an Individual contributor.
- Knowledge of Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) standards.
- Knowledge of the factory's production capabilities and familiarity with the supply chain.
- Should be able to handle the fast-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-versed in computer applications.
- Self-driven and motivated with strong ethical values, a high level of integrity, and valuable follow-through skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
