Job Summary
Responsible for conducting incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections. Ensures strict adherence to engineering drawings, quality standards, and customer requirements (Schneider, ABB, SOCOMEC IPL).
Key Responsibilities
- Inspections: Complete on-time incoming (BOP), in-process, final, and development inspections as per drawings and control plans.
- Standards: Inspect raw materials using IS-2500-PART II:2000 (AQL-1.5).
- Equipment: Perform instrument calibration, gauge validation, monthly MSA, and Gauge R&R;.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records for all inspections, line rejections, and supplier PPM.
- Shop Floor: Lead daily SQDC meetings, drive CAPA / Why-Why Analysis, and maintain 5S.
- Data Control: Generate monthly SPC reports for key customers.

- Expert in operating a Profile Projector.
- Proficient in reading mechanical engineering drawings.
