We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Executive with a strong background in hospitality hiring to join our recruitment team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for hotels and restaurants, covering everything from front-line staff to executive and managerial positions. You will work closely with hotel owners, general managers and department heads.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment cycle: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Hire for a wide range of hospitality roles, including:
- Executive and management: General Manager, Front Office Manager, F&B; Manager, Executive Housekeeper, Executive Chef
- Operations and service: Waiter/Waitress, Bartender, Captain, Housekeeping Staff, Front Desk Executive, Kitchen Staff
- Understand client needs and prepare accurate job descriptions and candidate specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, hospitality networks, referrals and walk-in drives.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidates’ skills, grooming, communication and cultural fit.
- Maintain a strong database of hospitality professionals across all levels.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate salaries and manage joining formalities, reducing offer drop-outs.




- Support or guide junior recruiters and track team hiring targets and timelines.
- Maintain recruitment reports, trackers and MIS.

Requirements

- Experience: 3–5 years in recruitment, with at least 3 years in hospitality hiring (hotels, resorts, restaurants or hospitality staffing agencies).
- Proven experience hiring for both operational and executive-level positions.
- Good knowledge of hotel departments, job roles and industry salary benchmarks.
- Strong network among hospitality professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), MS Office and applicant tracking tools.
- Graduate in any discipline (a degree or diploma in Hotel Management or HR is a plus).
