Role overview:

Looking for a strong Python developer with substantial hands-on programming and development experience. This is primarily a Python development role, not a Python scripting or automation-only position.

Mandatory skills:

- Robust hands-on Python programming.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Python application development experience.
- Approximately 80-90% focus on Python development.
- Approximately 10-20% focus on DevOps.
- Basic to medium-advanced DevOps knowledge.
- Python version 3.7 or later is acceptable; versions below 3.7 are not acceptable.

Good to have:

- SQL and NoSQL databases.
- API development and integration.
- Relevant UI technologies such as ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
- Big data infrastructure, data modelling and query processing.
