Role: Senior Python Developer – Capital Markets

Experience: 7.5 to 13 years

Location: Pan India – 4 days WFO

Must Have Skills

- 7-8 years of hands-on Python development experience.
- Strong experience with Pandas and NumPy for data analysis and data processing.
- Positive understanding of data reconciliation processes and associated data types.
- Understanding of the front-to-back trade lifecycle and trading ecosystem, including Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, and downstream systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Financial Services / Capital Markets domain experience.
- Exposure to trading platforms, risk, operations, settlements, or reconciliation processes.
- Experience working with large datasets and data quality validation.
