Job Title: Senior Project Head Utility Solar EPC

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (with travel to project sites as needed)

Experience: 1015 years

Salary: 1224 LPA (depending on experience and aptitude)

Reporting to: COO / Director

Role Overview:

The Senior Project Head will lead the companys Utility Solar EPC business across India. They will be fully responsible for project execution and for the business’s P&L.; The role combines leading the team, steering commercial work and delivering projects, from the bid stage through to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, build and mentor the EPC project team, including hiring, orientation and performance management
- Analyse bids and assist with tendering,



including technical and commercial evaluation
- Prepare project costing and estimates, and take part in pricing strategy for bids
- Plan, schedule and allocate resources for utility-scale solar EPC projects
- Oversee execution on site to ensure quality, safety, timely delivery and cost control
- Take full responsibility for the P&L; of the solar EPC business countrywide
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams
- Track project progress and report regularly to the COO / Director
- Find risks early and put mitigation plans in place
- Travel to project sites as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 10–15 years of experience in solar EPC, including a leadership role in utility-scale projects
- Proven record of delivering large solar projects from start to finish
- Strong skills in bid analysis, costing, tendering and commercial negotiation
- Excellent project planning, execution and team management skills
- Experience owning P&L; or budgets
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to travel to project sites across India

Education:

- B.Tech / B.E. (Electrical, Mechanical or Civil) preferred
