Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Product Designer & Visual Designer with strong hands-on experience in Figma,

visual design, UI design, and UX principles. The candidate should be capable of translating business requirements and approved product workflows into clean, modern, consistent, and user-friendly interfaces.

The ideal candidate should have experience designing web applications, enterprise dashboards, admin panels,

and business applications. Experience with FinTech, banking, payment gateways, or other complex business products is preferred.

The candidate will collaborate with the other UI/UX Designers, System Architect, Business Analyst, developers,

QA, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs aligned with product requirements.

Required Skills

1. UI/UX Product Design & Figma

- Strong hands-on experience with Figma.
- Wireframing and high-fidelity UI design.

2. UI Design & Visual Design

- Strong understanding of UI design principles.

- Visual hierarchy, grids, and layouts.
- Icons and visual elements.
- Consistent and reusable interface design.
- Ability to create clean, modern, professional, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Ability to maintain visual consistency across multiple product modules.

3. Basic UX Understanding

- Basic understanding of user flows, wireframes, user journeys, and usability.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into clear UI screens.
- Understanding of navigation, user interactions, form validation, and error states.
- Ability to identify basic usability issues and suggest design improvements.

4. Responsive Design Experience designing responsive interfaces for:

- Desktop applications.
- Tablet interfaces.
- Mobile interfaces.

Understanding of responsive layouts, grids,



breakpoints, and adaptable UI components. 5. Design Tools

- Figma Mandatory

6. FinTech Product Understanding

- Understanding of FinTech, banking, payment gateways, or financial applications.
- Familiarity with business workflows involving merchant onboarding, KYC, collections, payouts,

transactions, and reporting.
- Basic understanding of user roles, permissions, approval workflows, and Maker-Checker processes.
- Ability to design interfaces for administrative users, platform users, and merchants.

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, UI designs, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Convert business requirements and approved user flows into clean, intuitive, and user-friendly UI designs.
- Design web applications, enterprise applications, dashboards, business applications, admin panels, and

SaaS products.
- Create reusable UI components and maintain the design system.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colors, spacing, layouts, and components across the product.
- Collaborate with the System Architect, Business Analyst, developers, QA, and other stakeholders

throughout the design and development lifecycle.
- Understand business workflows and translate them into effective UI designs.
- Discuss design approaches, usability concerns, and implementation-related constraints with relevant

stakeholders.
- Provide Figma designs, assets, specifications, and interaction details required for development.
- Support developers during UI implementation and clarify design-related requirements.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback and make design improvements.
- Maintain and update existing UI designs, components, and design systems.
- Ensure consistent UI quality across different modules and applications.
- Review implemented screens against approved designs and help resolve UI-related issues.





Product Modules The candidate will contribute to UI/UX and visual design for the following FinTech Payment Platform modules:
- Login & Access Management: Login screens, user management, role and permission interfaces.
- Super Admin & Platform Dashboard: Platform overview, user administration, access control, and

reporting dashboards.
- Merchant Dashboard: Merchant overview, transaction information, collections, payouts, and reports.
- Merchant Onboarding & KYC: Registration, onboarding forms, document submission, KYC status, and

merchant profiles.
- Payment Collections: Collection dashboards, transaction lists, payment status, and transaction details.
- Payout Management: Payout initiation, approval workflows, status tracking, and reports.
- Bank Switch: Bank configuration and related operational interfaces.
- Reconciliation & Settlement: Reconciliation dashboards, transaction matching, settlement status,

exceptions, and reports.
- Autopay: Mandate management and recurring payment interfaces.

Additional modules may include Refunds, Chargebacks, Notifications, Risk & Fraud, Audit Management, and Reporting.

Preferred Skills

- Canva.
- Experience designing FinTech, banking, or payment applications.
- Experience designing enterprise or complex business applications.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Experience with developer handoff and collaboration with development teams.
- Understanding of accessibility and usability UX principles.
- Valuable visual design skills and creative problem-solving ability.

Expected Outcome The candidate should be able to independently produce high-quality Figma designs, maintain visual consistency, understand approved product workflows, and collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders to support successful product delivery.

Role & Decision Authority: Final business-flow decisions and technical architecture approvals will remain with the System Architect. The designer will focus on UI/UX product design, visual quality, design systems, usability recommendations, collaboration, and execution of approved product requirements.
