Corpay is looking for a Product Manager to lead the delivery of bank connectivity initiatives across global payment rails. This role combines hands-on product leadership with team management and close collaboration with Engineering, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead API, SWIFT, and host-to-host integrations with partner banks across cross-border, regional, and domestic payment rails.
- Translate bank specifications into clear product requirements, engineering stories, and delivery plans.
- Manage integration testing, bank certification, production go-live, and post-launch stability.
- Define and monitor integration metrics including reliability, reconciliation accuracy, SLA adherence, and exception rates.
- Ensure end-to-end payment lifecycle coverage, including acknowledgements, status reporting, returns, reconciliation, and exception handling.
- Build reusable integration patterns to improve and accelerate future bank onboarding.
- Partner with globally distributed engineering teams during product design, sprint planning, build, and release.
- Lead and mentor a small team of Product Managers, supporting roadmap planning, prioritisation, documentation,



and stakeholder management.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of experience in Payments Product Management, Platform Product Management, or Payment Integration Delivery.
- Robust experience with API-based bank integrations.
- Hands-on knowledge of SWIFT and ISO 20022 messaging standards.
- Experience with domestic and cross-border payment rails.
- Understanding of payment schemes such as ACH, FedNow, SEPA Credit Transfer, SEPA Instant, and SEPA Direct Debit.
- Experience working with payment lifecycle processes, reconciliation, returns, and exception management.
- Experience leading or mentoring Product Managers or cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills and ability to work with Engineering, Compliance, Risk, and Operations.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams.
