About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Analyst / Configuration Engineer / QA Analyst with solid XML skills and hands-on experience in the Insurance & Annuity domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain Insurance and Annuity products.

Implement and validate business rules, workflows, forms, and suitability processes.

Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing.

Support VTXML configurations,



XML, API integrations, and data mapping.

Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

Collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the SDLC.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage work items using Jira/Azure DevOps.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in XML (Deal-breaker).

Insurance & Annuity domain knowledge.

Workflow and Business Rules Configuration.

Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT Testing.

VTXML, JSON, HTML, SQL.

API Integration Validation.

Jira and Agile/Scrum methodology.

Good to Have:

AnnuityNet / Affirm experience.

FireLight (Hexure) Configuration experience.

FireLight / Hexure Certification.

Azure DevOps.

Suitability Processing and Distributor Onboarding knowledge.
