- Develop supplier networks with farmers, traders, mandis and FPOs.
- Procure maize from MP, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Telangana, Bihar, Rajasthan and other major markets.
- Monitor daily mandi prices and negotiate competitive rates.
- Ensure quality, timely supply and uninterrupted plant operations.
- Manage logistics, transportation and procurement costs.
- Plan seasonal and annual maize requirements.
- Prepare daily procurement and market reports.
