- 5-10 years of Pega experience

- CSSA certification required with 5+ years of hands-on CSSA experience

- Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

- Experience implementing AI capabilities within enterprise applications

- Design and implementation of AI-enabled solutions within Pega applications

- Experience with conversational AI, intelligent document processing, and recommendation engines

- Solid understanding of both Pega On-Prem and Pega Cloud implementations

- Ability to design, develop, and implement Pega applications following guardrails and best practices

- Experience integrating external systems using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and AI services

- Ability to provide technical leadership throughout design, development, testing,



and deployment phases

- Strong understanding of Enterprise Class Structure (ECS), inheritance, reusable components, and scalable architecture patterns

- Experience troubleshooting and optimizing applications using Pega diagnostic and performance tools

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

- Experience mentoring System Architects and supporting team development

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments

Demonstrated AI aptitude, including current on-prem AI capabilities and readiness to support future-state cloud AI initiatives
