Responsible for handling day-to-day complaints regarding maintenance.

Responsible for following up on the planned schedule of preventive maintenance and coordinating building mechanical, sanitary and other maintenance work.

Responsible for the maintenance of interior and exterior building work, furniture, fixtures, etc.

Responsible for repairing and maintaining all air-conditioning equipment, refrigeration units, piping work and associated equipment.

Responsible for attending daily briefing meetings and weekly maintenance meetings.

Responsible for carrying out work as directed.

Responsible for carrying out shift duties, split shifts or performing odd duties whenever required, including covering for employees of the same category who are on sick leave or vacation.

Responsible for repairing, installing and maintaining electrical equipment (rotary and static), electrical fittings and switchboards.

Responsible for keeping records and analysing the electrical power supply.

Responsible for continuing work during shift transfers from the morning shift to the afternoon and night shifts,



including projection room duties.

Responsible for conducting routine scheduled inspections and supervising the cleaning programme.

Responsible for ensuring that knowledge of products and services is up to date at all times.

Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the bio-box and implementing programmes as planned by the Programming Head and Technical Head.

Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work area free of hazards.

Responsible for ensuring the implementation of safety and technical monitoring.

Responsible for performing preventive maintenance programmes as laid down.

Responsible for ensuring proper handling of equipment and films.

Responsible for ensuring sufficient inventory is available at all times for minor repairs.

Responsible for implementing the receiving, safekeeping and returning of films, ensuring their proper handling

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
