Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Housekeeping Associate to join our dynamic housekeeping team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and aesthetic appeal of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in accordance with Seven Seas Hotel’s luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Room Maintenance: Clean, service, and restock guest rooms and suites daily according to hotel standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Public Area Upkeep: Ensure all hotel public areas, corridors, lobbies, and elevators are impeccably clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
- Linen & Supplies Management: Handle guest laundry requests,



manage linen inventory, and ensure housekeeping trolleys and storage pantries are fully stocked.
- Guest Service Excellence: Greet guests warmly and professionally, addressing any immediate requests or reporting special requirements promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

- Skills & Attributes:
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work on your feet for extended shifts.
- Good interpersonal and basic communication skills (Hindi and working knowledge of English).
- Flexible and willing to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
