Job Summary

Takoramart Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Head – E-commerce to lead and manage the overall operational activities of the company. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse management, logistics coordination, team handling, and process improvement.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, improving efficiency, managing teams, and supporting the growth of the company’s e-commerce and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily e-commerce and operational activities of the company
- Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, dispatch, and order fulfillment
- Coordinate with delivery, logistics, procurement, and customer support teams
- Ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Handle manpower planning, team supervision, and staff coordination
- Maintain SOPs and ensure smooth workflow across departments




- Resolve operational issues and customer escalations effectively
- Work closely with management to achieve business targets and expansion plans
- Ensure proper compliance with company policies and operational standards

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or operations management
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics
- Experience in team management and leadership roles
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in retail and e-commerce operations will be an added advantage
