We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Fresher Civil Site Engineers from Kerala to join our construction team.

Selected candidates will gain practical experience in the execution of building and infrastructure projects under the guidance of experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
- Assist in planning, scheduling and monitoring site execution.
- Read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
- Monitor reinforcement, formwork, concreting, masonry and finishing works.
- Carry out quantity measurements and assist in preparing bills.
- Ensure construction quality and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors and project engineers.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Follow site safety and quality control procedures.





Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers with 0–1 year of experience.
- Candidates from Kerala are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and construction drawings.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at construction sites across Kerala.
