Job Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and ambitious Interior Designer to join our growing design team. In this role, you will lead and execute interior design projects from initial concept through to final installation. You will work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure space planning, aesthetic appeal, and technical requirements are seamlessly integrated within budget and timeline expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, style preferences, functional requirements, and budget constraints.
- Present design proposals, mood boards, color palettes, and material samples to clients.
- Design Development & Conceptualization:
- Develop innovative interior design concepts, floor plans, elevations, section drawings, and 3D renderings.
- Prepare detailed CAD/BIM drawings, lighting plans, electrical layouts, and millwork/joinery details.
- Material & FF&E; Selection:
- Source and select furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E;), finishes, lighting, fabrics, and decorative elements.
- Maintain updated material libraries and foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Project Execution & On-Site Coordination:
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, carpenters, and vendors to ensure execution aligns with approved design specifications.
- Conduct periodic site visits to inspect quality of work,

- Ensure projects are delivered within stipulated timelines and budget guidelines.
- Budgeting & Documentation:
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and procurement schedules.
- Document site notes, client feedback, and revision tracking across project stages.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: [2–5+] years of experience in residential and/or commercial interior design.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max / V-Ray, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign).
- Strong understanding of interior construction details, MEP integration, joinery, and material properties.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Strong project management, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Keen eye for detail, color composition, spatial awareness, and current design trends.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
