OFFICE MANAGER – CHUNNI KALAN

Location: Chunni Kalan, Punjab
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

JOB DUTIES

- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle customer enquiries, bookings and documentation.
- Coordinate with drivers, staff and the operations team.
- Handle local parcel pickups whenever required.
- Assist with shipment handling and loading activities.
- Maintain office records and daily reports.
- Ensure proper office discipline and professional conduct.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Support Management with day-to-day operational tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Responsible, punctual and well-organized.
- Qualified attitude and good interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in office administration, logistics or customer service will be an advantage.
