Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support to hospital staff, doctors, nurses, and administrative departments.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Hospital Management System (HMS/HIS).
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and passwords.
- Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and server connectivity.
- Ensure regular data backups and system security.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Coordinate with software vendors and internet service providers.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
- Ensure patient data confidentiality and IT policy compliance.
- Support billing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, OP, IP, and other hospital departments.




- Monitor CCTV and other IT-related systems, where applicable.
- Should be multitasking

Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
- Knowledge of Windows, MS Office, LAN, and Wi-Fi.
- Experience with hospital software (HMS/HIS) preferred.
- Knowledge of data backup and cybersecurity.

Experience

1–3 years of experience preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
