Job Title: Chef – Indian, Chinese & Chaap Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef specializing in Indian, Chinese, and Chaap cuisine to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong cooking skills, knowledge of different recipes, and the ability to prepare delicious, high-quality food while maintaining proper hygiene and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of Indian, Chinese, and Chaap dishes according to the menu.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Handle food preparation, cooking, marination, and ingredient management.
- Prepare popular dishes such as Indian curries, gravies, Chinese noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, chilli potato, and different varieties of chaap.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Manage kitchen inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure timely preparation of orders.




- Work effectively with other kitchen staff during busy hours.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a chef or cook specializing in Indian, Chinese, and Chaap cuisine.
- Positive knowledge of recipes, spices, sauces, marinades, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to maintain food quality and consistency.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Punctual, responsible, and hardworking attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 1–3 years preferred (experienced candidates will be given preference).

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills.
