HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

Job Summary

East Point Group of Institutions is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive with experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, qualified networks and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews with HODs and respective departments.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions and offer rollouts.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of vacancies.

HR Operations

- Prepare appointment letters, offer letters and other employee-related documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.




- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Assist in attendance management, employee documentation and other HR activities.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle routine employee queries and provide HR-related support.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Hands-on experience using job portals such as Naukri and Indeed.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment timelines.
