Job Summary

SAP Functional Expert | 5–7 Years
We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Expert with 5–7 years of hands-on SAP experience to support design and test execution across SAP functional modules.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and SAP configuration.
Develop functional test scenarios and detailed test scripts, including positive, negative, exception, and integration scenarios.
Perform hands-on functional, SIT, E2E, and regression testing across assigned SAP modules.
Validate configuration and end-to-end business processes across SAP modules and integrated applications.
Prepare test data and maintain test execution evidence.
Log defects with clear evidence, support defect triage/root-cause analysis, and perform retesting through closure.
Work closely with SAP functional consultants, business teams, and Test Leads throughout the testing lifecycle.
Required Experience
5–7 years of SAP experience, primarily as an SAP Functional Consultant/Configurator and/or SAP Functional Tester across all prior projects.
Strong hands-on functional knowledge in one or more modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, EWM/WM.
Proven experience creating test scenarios and detailed test scripts, not just executing pre-written scripts.
Strong understanding of SAP configuration, business processes, and cross-module integration.
Experience with SIT, E2E and regression testing, defect management, and test evidence.
SAP S/4HANA and Fiori experience preferred.
Experience with test/defect tools such as SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Tricentis Tosca is preferred.
Important: This is a hands-on SAP functional testing role, not a generic QA position. Candidates should have strong SAP functional/configuration knowledge and be capable of independently designing and executing business-process test scenarios.
