We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Field Executive to support our business development and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic knowledge of digital marketing, and the ability to interact confidently with customers and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits and interact with potential b2b customers and clients.
- Promote the company's products.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies and achieving business targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide regular updates on field activities.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing,
particularly SEO and social media management ( added advantage)
- Valuable interpersonal and networking skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in the field.
- Ability to interact confidently with customers and represent the company professionally.
- Willing to travel
Compensation & Work Schedule
- Initially, 3–4 working days per week.
- Fixed basic salary + incentives
- Additional performance-based incentives depending on targets achieved.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
