Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer to coordinate and monitor construction activities at commercial building projects. The candidate will support site execution, ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications, and coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate construction activities at assigned commercial project sites.

- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and work schedules.

- Monitor site execution to ensure work follows approved drawings and quality standards.

- Coordinate with Site Supervisors, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.

- Check site measurements, quantities, and material requirements.

- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship and report any deviations.

- Track daily progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager or management.

- Identify site issues, delays,



or technical concerns and coordinate suitable solutions.

- Assist with material planning, work scheduling, and resource coordination.

- Ensure that site activities follow safety procedures and applicable construction practices.

- Maintain site records, measurement details, and progress reports.

Requirements

- Civil Engineering degree or diploma preferred.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction site execution.

- Experience in commercial building projects is an advantage.

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

- Good knowledge of site supervision, construction materials, and quality control.

- Robust coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to work at project sites in and around Thrissur.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
