Sales HR

Location: Cuttack, Odisha
Experience: 4–6 years overall, with at least 3+ years specifically in Sales HR / FMCG / Retail / Consumer Goods HRBP roles
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or MSW
CTC: ₹4 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with Sales Heads, RSMs and ASMs to forecast and plan sales manpower requirements.
- Drive high-volume recruitment for frontline sales positions, including Territory Sales Officers, Sales Officers, Sales Executives and Merchandisers.
- Manage onboarding, induction programmes and field-readiness training for recent sales recruits.
- Track Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) metrics and role-based KPIs.
- Coordinate sales incentive programmes, commission structures and payout validation in collaboration with Commercial Finance.
- Monitor sales force productivity, employee attrition and retention trends.




- Conduct regular field visits to understand employee concerns and ground-level challenges.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, open-house sessions and recognition programmes.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and escalations.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate functional and soft-skills training programmes.
- Ensure adoption and compliance of Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools such as Field Assist or similar applications.
- Oversee attendance, leave, transfers, promotions and field movements.
- Maintain HR MIS dashboards covering headcount, attrition and cost-to-serve metric

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
