Limestays is a growing hospitality and vacation-rental company in North Goa, known for a smooth guest experience and high operational standards.

The role
We’re looking for a responsible, guest-friendly Receptionist to run the front desk at Veera Strand Park, Calangute. You’ll be the first person guests meet, handling arrivals and departures, answering questions and working with our operations team to keep every stay running smoothly.

What you’ll do

- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs
- Welcome guests and help with their queries
- Collect and maintain guest ID records
- Coordinate with housekeeping to make sure rooms are ready
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely and professionally
- Coordinate with the Operations and Maintenance teams
- Maintain daily guest records and reports
- Keep the reception area clean and organised
- Follow company policies and SOPs





What we’re looking for

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- A polite, professional and guest-friendly attitude
- Good organisation and coordination skills
- Experience in hospitality, reception or guest relations is an advantage, but freshers with a good attitude are welcome to apply
- Comfortable working six days a week, including weekends and holidays
