Tooshmoda is a premium fashion and lifestyle brand under Woolgold (India), a manufacturer with over 30 years of textile expertise. We are growing Tooshmoda across online marketplaces in the UAE, Qatar, India, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the USA.

The Role

We are hiring a Marketplace Manager to launch, manage and scale Tooshmoda across e-commerce marketplaces in our target markets. You will own sales growth, listing quality, advertising and account health, and work closely with the SEO and branding teams so every listing is consistent, keyword-rich and conversion-focused.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and manage Tooshmoda storefronts on relevant marketplaces [edit as needed], for example:
- UAE and Qatar: Amazon.ae, Noon, Namshi
- India: Amazon.in, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion, Flipkart
- Australia and New Zealand: Amazon.com.au, The Iconic, Trade Me
- Canada and USA: Amazon.ca, Amazon.com, Etsy, Walmart Marketplace
- Create and optimise product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, pricing and images
- Apply marketplace SEO best practices (Amazon A9/A10, Noon and others) to improve ranking
- Manage inventory, order processing, shipping coordination, returns and cross-border logistics with the operations team
- Plan promotions and seasonal sales such as Ramadan, White Friday, Diwali, Black Friday,



Boxing Day and end-of-season sales
- Run and optimise sponsored ads and monitor ROAS
- Monitor reviews, ratings, Q&A; and account health, and resolve issues quickly
- Ensure compliance with each marketplace’s policies and regional requirements
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and performance reports
- Coordinate with the branding team for brand stores and A+ content, and with the SEO team to keep keywords aligned with the Tooshmoda website
- Research new marketplaces and expansion opportunities

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience managing marketplace accounts
- Experience in fashion, apparel, accessories or lifestyle (preferred)
- Solid understanding of marketplace SEO and listing optimisation
- Experience with marketplace advertising and analytics
- Experience with cross-border or multi-country selling (preferred)
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills

Nice to Have

- Experience selling in the Gulf region or in Australia/New Zealand
- Knowledge of Shopify or WooCommerce
- Experience with multi-currency pricing and international shipping
