HR INTERN – JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the HR team in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
- Support joining, onboarding, and documentation processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and HRMS activities.
- Support employee engagement and other day-to-day HR operations.
- Prepare basic HR reports and maintain proper documentation.

Eligibility

- Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, B.Com, or any relevant qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn and work in a quick-paced environment.
